At Scents That Make Sense, every candle is hand-poured with care.Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We are happy to offer an exchange only if:
🕯️You received the wrong candle, scent, or product due to an error on our part. (Same policy applies to custom orders).
📩 If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at Scentsthatmakesensenyc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll promptly send out the correct item at no additional cost.
