Made-to-Order
Custom orders are made-to-order, meaning each candle is handcrafted from scratch just for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production, so be sure to submit your order at least 2 weeks in advance of when you need it.
However, we may have some candles already in stock! Email us first at scentsthatmakesensenyc@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's available. This could save you time if we have what you're looking for ready to ship.

Send Us a Detailed Email
Email us a full description of your order, including font/color preferences, images, and any custom label details, at scentsthatmakesensenyc@gmail.com. Please note: Our name will appear on all labels. Feel free to include any special requests.
Choose Your Scent
Select your preferred fragrance from our signature collection of hand-crafted scents.
Confirm Your Order Details
Once we review your email, we will discuss the details with you and provide a final draft for approval. After you confirm, we will issue an invoice so you can proceed with payment.
Creation & Delivery
Your custom candle will be expertly hand-poured by our team and shipped directly to your doorstep.
Order Modifications
Once a custom order is approved and in production, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Payment & Final Sale Terms
Full payment is required before custom orders begin production. All custom items are final sale; due to their personalized nature, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
Exchanges (Our Error Only)
If an error occurs on our part, such as an incorrect scent, name/message, or image, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review.
