At Scents That Make Sense, every candle is hand-poured with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We Are Happy to Offer an Exchange Only If
You received the wrong candle, scent, or product due to an error on our part. (Same policy applies to custom orders).
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll promptly send out the correct item at no additional cost.
